Don’t expect others to change. Accept them as they are. Give love & support and they may change. Expectations are not helpful. People will resist.
So build a better relationship with yourself.
Understand you are a soul, consciousness, a thinking being.
Speaker: Rose Goodenough who co-ordinates the centre has been practising & teaching meditation since the early 1980s. Sister Rose has a wealth of wisdom. Her talks have been described as practical, powerful and uplifting.
