Happiness is natural to living beings and is contagious! Just as it is difficult to imagine a world without the Sun, so it is hard to visualise a life devoid of happiness; or even a day without smiles. Whatever we do in life is driven by a desire to be happy. Yet, sometimes it seems a little out of reach or at least not as consistent as we would like to experience it. So how do we keep the light of happiness alive, especially with the current world situation?
Celebrating the 'International day of Happiness' on March 20th, this workshop provides practical methods and tools including:
1.    The source of happiness
2.    How to sustain a sense of well-being and happiness in our daily lives
3.    Experiencing happiness in relationships
4.    Empowering the self to share happiness with the world
