4 sessions running consecutively on Thursdays over four weeks, starting on 9 January 2020 and continuing on 16, 23 and 30 January
and
4 sessions running consecutively on Thursdays over four weeks starting on 6 February and continuing on 13, 20 and 27 February.
Sessions run from 6.30pm - 8.00pm
