Beechwood Hall Beechwood Lane
United Kingdom

The inner conversations we have with ourselves can be either a powerful motivator or a major obstacle to our life.

Today we will explore questions such as: How can you distinguish your inner critic from your real self?  How can you identify where that critical voice comes from?  How can you tame that inner voice and come to a place of peace and quiet inside your head?

Facilitator ~ Neville Hodgkinson

Neville has covered issues of health, medicine and science for a variety of newspapers over the last three decades. In the early 1980s he took three years out from his profession to work as a freelance and write a book about mind-body links in health and illness. He also began training with the Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University with whom he has now been a student for over 30 years. He has lived and worked at their Global Retreat Centre in Nuneham Park, six miles south of Oxford.
