Human psychologists say that 80% of the time we are living is based in the past. Thinking of things that should not have happened or thinking of alternatives of something that has already happened. As we are reliving the past we are reliving the disappointments, failures and tragedies.  In spite of knowing that past cannot be changed we are all knowingly or unknowingly doing it.
 
At times we might feel tempted to pass on the blame to someone else despite knowing that some of the fault is our own.  In this way we initiate a “chain of blame” and risk destroying meaningful relationships. Learn how to break this chain.
 
About the speaker:  
John McConnel is a stress management trainer, former prison governor and social worker, who has been studying and teaching Raja Yoga meditation for over 20 years.  John believes in the importance of using the mind in a positive way and acting in alignment with personal values especially if we are to survive  in a constantly changing world.
