Just go to the supermarkets and see how many different types of health options are on offer on the food shelves these days: wheat free, dairy free, gluten free and more and more processed foods...   We have more specialisation and sophistication and yet we have more sickness, more disease and more unhappiness. In what ways could our food intake influence the way we think, feel, and make decisions about the types of actions we perform in our daily lives?

In this workshop, Ranjan Amin explores different types of mood, and foods that uplift.  Gain a greater understanding of Ayurvedic principles, and how working with the 5 food tastes and the 5 elements can help us maintain a healthy nutritional balance and sustain a positive mood.

Ranjan Amin, an Ayurvedic clinician, has a passion for understanding the impacts of food on the mind and body.  A student and teacher with the Brahma Kumaris for more than 30 years, Ranjan knows how the power of Raja Yoga meditation and small lifestyle changes can greatly influence our well-being.
