Global Co-operation House, 65-69 Pound Lane, Willesden Green, London NW10 2HH
Most of us spend a third or a fourth of our lives asleep. When the quality and quantity of our sleep diminishes it has a huge impact on our physical and mental well-being. Our spiritual well-being is also reflected in our sleeping patterns, and in our dreams. By giving sleep the proper attention it is due we can nourish ourselves on multiple levels.

Speaker: Margaret Barron

She is inspired by the practical application of spiritual understanding with a particular interest in how creativity and imagery works as an interface between spirituality and everyday life.
