In the 1950's psychiatrist Eric Berne laid the groundwork to the idea that we all have a 'script' that we live by and that this script is largely in our subconscious, meaning we are not truly aware of it. The script is formed from the earliest recordings of our thoughts, feelings and emotions and is continually updated as new data is uploaded moment by moment, day by day. Whilst there is complete freewill to upload what we wish, there are rules which affect our decision making and hence our life. Come explore these fundamentals of the Game we call life and see how we can 'win' by uploading positive content.
