A Workshop with Melanie Bain

With the best will in the world, we endeavour to be as authentic and true to ourselves as we can. Yet, how easy is it to be truly yourself in a world that has so many expectations, challenges and social conventions?

Social media persuades us to try to be anything but who we are. The news convinces us that the world is in crisis..... Maybe it is up to me to make changes?

Is this possible, in such times, to make these changes and to be truly me?

Firstly, maybe I need to know who is ME?

Melanie Bain has a background in counselling and has worked in the criminal justice system, the healthcare sector, and currently works alongside Social Care with young people and their families. Mel creates a space of safety and freedom in which to tap into one’s own beauty and potential. She integrates this with a depth of wisdom and humour, making her approachable and accessible. Her ability to think outside the box brings a fresh perspective to spiritual truths and their practical relevance in everyday living.

Come and join us for a warm discussion about these aspects, and allow Mel to take you on a journey into the depths of the self and back again, to uncover what it means to be True to Yourself.

Free of charge. Donations welcome.
