Meditation is a great way to reduce stress and worry…. relax and recharge.
Please join us at 6.15pm ready to start the meditation at 6.30pm.
No experience is necessary and there is no charge. There will be an explanation beforehand, then during the hour’s meditation, guidance will be given along with gentle music.
From 7.30 to 7.45pm there will be an opportunity for sharing, exchanges and questions.
