Will things really get better in the world? Envisioning a better world and holding a single pure, clear and positive thought can make more of a difference than we realise.
Taking time to experience what’s good, true and loving within us makes life start to feel lighter and more meaningful. From that place, joy and clarity naturally flow into the way we speak, listen, and relate to others – whether they’re family, old friends, or people we’ve only just met. By holding good wishes in our hearts and bringing kindness into everyday conversations, we help create the kind of world we’d actually like to live in. Change doesn’t have to be loud or dramatic – it can be simple, steady, and very real. A better world is in all of our hands and closer than we think.
