The Unhelpful Habit of Being Judgmental
| Organised by Bradford Inner Space
Judging people critically is a habit that is not only harmful - it's actually harmful. Every judgement we make in a negative way serves to deepen our sense that we are right and the rest of the world is wrong. Being Judgmental separates us from others. It blocks the humility and compassion that come from recognising our 'sameness' - that your light and dark sides are also mine.
Everyone judges, but when we understand the loss, it brings for the self and others, we can begin to transform this negative habit and appreciate a greater level of connectedness and empowerment.
