About the speaker. Dr Kala Mistry has been studying and teaching Raja Yoga meditation since 1992. She has worked in mental health since 1992 and is currently working in community psychiatry.
Kala conducts workshops for health professionals and the public on the themes of personal development, Self-empowerment and values. Kala has been a core contributor to projects and events produced by the Janki Foundation including the seminal project Values in Healthcare: A Spiritual Approach (publications in 2004).
