All too often we make situations, circumstances and other people responsible for our stress, however, if we look deeper, we find that each one of us is responsible for our state of mind and our own well-being.

About the speaker:  Margaret Barron has been studying Raj Yoga meditation with the Brahma Kumaris for almost 30 years which has supported change in all areas of her life.  She has particular interest in how transformative thinking and personal practice work together to make spirituality practical for everyday living.  She has a degree in Adult Education & Training and works as an Empowered Living Consultant.
