Much of the unhappiness and insecurity in the world today is based on our limited perception of ourselves and others.  Our purpose and values have simply eroded.  So how do we move away from this unfortunate mindset?

The unique art of "self-listening" offers a very simple yet effective technique to help quieten and clear our minds.  The idea is to take a few moments a day to be still, listen to your own thoughts as they emerge and to get in touch with our true self.  By listening regularly to what is going on in our mind, gives us a chance to 'check and change' our negative tendencies.

About the speaker:  Masana De Souza Msc. has an extensive background in coaching, counselling, facilitation, meditation and training.  She has been studying Raja Yoga Meditation for 18 years.  She is also a facilitator for 'Values In Healthcare A Spiritual Approach', a modular development programme that helps healthcare professionals and teams to support themselves and their patients.
