In order to flourish and thrive in a busy World, we need to first nourish ourselves. Only with a relaxed, focused, and clear mind can we develop a positive outlook that creates the foundation for mental wellbeing, resilience, and happiness.
Join us this coming Sunday as we explore practical tips and tools for self-development. This half day retreat runs as a series of events based on self-care and wellbeing. All welcome to join us.
Facilitator: Nirmala Ragbir-Day is a health economist by profession and is employed as a Spiritual Care Training Coordinator, at the South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Trust. She is a member of the Pastrol and Spiritual Care team and delivers training to staff, service users and carers of the trust. Her talks, workshops, seminars and retreats evolve around spirituality in healthcare, mindfulness and self compassion.
This course is taking place 'in person' at the meditation centre in Bradford and will not be streamed on zoom.
