Conversations with meditators are always fascinating. In this session, we will converse with young & regular meditators and understand how spirituality blends with their daily life.
Panel Speakers:
Rithvik Gudlavalleti
Rithvik is an aerospace graduate, who has been meditating since a young age. He is currently involved in broadcast engineering at Sky Studios and is an enthusiastic learner.
Birajith Baskaran
Birajith has been practising Rajayoga meditation for 8 years. A young representative of the Brahma Kumaris at COP27 and working as a performance analyst.
The session will be facilitated by Garvi Thakkar, who is a positive psychology coach and has a background in education.
