Join us for our monthly session of meditation & development in Catford Library.

We explore different topics each month with a variety of speakers who are meditators around the theme of meditation to support us in handling life's challenges as well as for our own personal growth.

This month we will be focusing on decision making, how to make the right decision when we are at a cross roads? What approach and tools to use? 

There is a lovely group of different people from all backgrounds that attend and so we look forward to welcoming you.
