Food for the Soul: An Online Series ~ Sitting in the Eye of the Storm

Tuesday 29 October, 10:30 am - 11:15 am

A wise sea captain caught in a tropical storm knows that if he holds his vessel on the periphery, it will get hurled around.

If he can reach the eye of the storm, he will enter a place of stillness. Similarly, when everything around me is changing, the best place for me to seek refuge is not on the outside, but deep within the self.

A short talk with a chance to ask questions and ending with a meditation.
