True resilience is about more than just enduring challenges - it's about adapting with inner strength and clarity. By cultivating a calm, focused mind, we can navigate life's ups and downs with greater ease and flexibility. This talk explores how to tap into inner resources to remain steady and composed during times of change, helping us to build a foundation of peace and stability that strenghtens our overall well being. Refreshments from 6.10pm with the talk starting at 6.30pm.
