In these challenging times, when so many across the globe face difficult situations, it can feel like one person cannot make a difference. But what if we all, together, decided to send a quiet, positive frequency out into the world?
Join us for a month every morning from 5:30 am to 6:15 am for a simple, 45-minute silent meditation, where we collectively direct our positive thoughts, loving intentions, and peaceful images to those who need it most. This is not about complex techniques; it’s about a shared heartbeat of compassion before the day begins.
This session is entirely open. You are welcome to stay for the full duration or just join for as long as you like; every minute you contribute counts towards our shared goal of global well-being. Whether you have five minutes or forty-five, your presence adds to the light. We will support your practice with gentle, curated music and guided imagery, alongside extended periods of restorative silence.
