Saturday Soul Space drop in session

An hour of calm in the midst of a busy world. 

With gentle guidance and space to reflect, these sessions help you settle, soften and return to your natural state of peace.

We offer a brief introduction for newcomers followed by guided meditations that help you reconnect with your original qualities of peace, love and power.

These sessions are being offered on a monthly basis

Venue - Claremont room, first floor (please note change of room and floor) HEART community centre, Bennett Rd, Headingley, Leeds LS6 3HN

Sessions are led by experienced facilitators

- free of charge - disabled access to the venue and lift available - no registration needed - age 16 and above

Parking is available at the venue, although it is sometimes busy. Parking also available in side streets at at Headingley Taps.
