Measuring ourselves against others can be a treacherous path.
When we engage in comparisons, we find ourselves entangled in feelings of superiority or inferiority. This can lead to an inflated ego perceiving ourselves better, or jealous if we feel we fall short.
A short talk with a chance to ask questions and ending with a meditation.
