Memories - Dealing with the Past to Rewrite the Future

Sunday 26 July 2026, 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Our memories are not simply relics of the past; they shape how we feel, how we communicate and interact, and how we perceive others and the world around us. Memories can support us, or they can hold us back, trapping us in familiar patterns of behaviour and emotion. By confronting the darker side of our memories, we free ourselves from the grip of the past and open the way to radically transform the course of our lives.
