Mastering the Modern Disease of Overthinking

More than 1,700 people attended the recent UK events with Sister Jayanti on the theme Overcoming Overthinking in nine cities across the UK – Manchester, Glasgow, Edinburgh Aberdeen, London, Leeds, Bradford, Wolverhampton and Leicester. The theme seemed to resonate with everyone and attracted people of different ages and backgrounds, including many young people and first-timers.
